Grant schemes: Purchasers will be required to take over the Vendor's current obligations arising from afforestation grant or other relevant grant schemes and / or premium schemes as administered by the Department of Agriculture and Food.
Forestry Act: The property is subject to the provisions of the 1946 Forestry Act, arising from which there would normally be an obligation to replant following Clearfell. Felling of trees requires a licence from the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. Felling is subject to compliance with Forest Service Harvesting Guidelines and other conditions that Forest Service may apply.
Managers Limited, and its employees has no authority to make or give any
representations or warranties in relation to this property. The Vendor
gives no warranties.
VAT: Purchasers shall be liable for any VAT arising on the consideration.
Conveyancing of property
will be in accordance with Irish law.
